-While going home…something came up in my mind about bringing phpugph.com and phphilippines.com members do a meetup or eyeball just like before in podium, ortigas.That very day I keep on texting “angela-phpugph.com” on the cost of renting the room in Astoria Plaza Hotel for a simple eyeball or meetup. After few exchanges of text message, “angela” confirmed that the cost per hour is PHP 1800.00/hr consumable…uhu, costly…will some member’s contribute for this humble meetup??? hmmmm.

-Since I do have a DSL connection at home I’ve informed “cruizer” on the meetup plan with “angela” thru mobile texting which we setup a YM conference with phphilippines.com group:

After some quick discussions…the first 4 head who volunteer to throw some bucks are: modtup or r00t, cruizer, vh3r and r2b2 just to make the event a reality(pang-fish ball ‘ika nga!). On that very day, I’ve posted a thread on phpugph.com on the tentative plan which sells like hotcake from the group, balls…balls… urgh!

-The plan is announce and some members are actively participating on the soon-to-be event but the group don’t have money for the event except the 4 brave souls who commit to donate some bucks. Just to make sure that the group can get more support I posted a thread for contribution (“pampa-konsensya…he..he..he…”):

-This is the BIG break for the group… when AJ informed me that a person named “Robert Locke” wanted to sponsor the place…Wooow, now the group can save money and budget the contributions to food/drinks instead.
